2025 BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 Off-Road Festival Takes Over Fremont Street
Few off-road events can say they bring the racing to the people like the BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400, and 2025 is no exception. Following in the footsteps of yesterday’s Mint 400 Vehicle Parade down the Las Vegas Strip, racers, fans, and premier brands alike returned to Fremont Street East for the Mint 400 Off-Road Festival, a mix of tech and contingency for this year’s competitors and a showcase for the top products in the sport.

As in years past, nearly 90 exhibitors, led by BFGoodrich and dozens of other sponsors of this year’s Great American Off-Road Race, took their latest products and display vehicles downtown for a jam-packed Thursday. Driver appearances, product demos, and merchandise sales took place all day long as the more than 450 entries made their way through the tech line.

Many of the biggest brands in the sport and top event sponsors staged autograph signings throughout the day. Magnaflow and Camburg kicked things off in the morning, welcoming back last year’s Mint 400 Grand Marshal Ivan “Ironman” Stewart alongside their racers. Also returning was the Rugged Radios Driver Meet & Greet, a staple of the Mint 400 Off-Road Festival for more than a decade, with more than 50 racers and off-road personalities signing throughout the afternoon.

“Thanks to everybody that made this year’s Mint 400 Off-Road Festival such a success!” said UNLTD CEO Matt Martelli. “It’s always an honor to get to take over Las Vegas with our pre-race events, and being able to bring off-road culture to fans and bystanders alike on Fremont Street is a highlight of every race week. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or someone who just discovered the sport downtown today, we hope you’ll follow us out to Primm for all the racing over the next two days!”

With the Mint 400 Off-Road Festival in the books, attention turns to Primm for two full days of racing. The midway opens at 6AM on Friday, with the O’Reilly Auto Parts Limited Race kicking off at 8AM, Youth Races beginning at 10:30AM, and Unlimited Qualifying starting at 12:30PM. Live streaming will kick off on Friday at 7:30AM PT/10:30AM ET at themint400.com/live.

The Mint 400 has held the title of the toughest, most spectacular off-road race in North America since 1968 when it was first run. Initially, the race was a public relations event promoting the Mint Hotel’s annual deer hunt, but what started out as a hotel promotion soon grew into a legitimate desert race. Since its 2008 revival, “The Great American Off-Road Race” has only gotten bigger and more prestigious, and deeper fields every year only make it tougher to win.
This year’s BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 will take place from March 5-9 in Las Vegas. More information on the event for racers and spectators is available at TheMint400.com, or follow the event on Facebook and Instagram.
