FORD RACING returns as a Sponsor of 2026 BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400
American Off-Road Racing Championship officials are excited to welcome FORD RACING to the 2026 BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400, returning to Las Vegas from March 5–8. The iconic off-road event will once again showcase Ford’s commitment to performance, innovation, and its longstanding legacy in desert racing. Fans can expect high-octane action as Ford continues to showcase innovation, durability, and racing excellence at one of the most prestigious off-road events in the world.
Ford will field its full off-road team across multiple classes, bringing some of the sport’s top talent and cutting-edge vehicles to the starting line. Taking on the Stock Production Truck classes, Brad Lovell will compete in the 3.5L F-150 Raptor, Loren Healy will take on the course in the Bronco Raptor, and John Williams will compete in the Raptor R. Adding to the excitement Bailey Campbell will tackle the challenging 4600 class in her Bronco Raptor 4600 and Vaughn Gittin Jr. will compete in the Raptor 4400, rounding out a formidable Ford lineup.
“We’re excited to welcome FORD RACING back to The Mint 400,” said Matt Martelli, CEO of Unlimited Off-Road Racing. “The FORD platform has been involved in desert off-road racing from the inception of the Mint in 1968. Ford’s Legendary “Rough Riders” were the first factory‑backed super team that became one of the most iconic chapters in American desert racing history. I still walk into shops today and see “Rough Riders” posters hanging up on the wall.”
The Mint 400 has held the title of the toughest, most spectacular off-road race in North America since 1968 when it was first run. Initially, the race was a public relations event promoting the Mint Hotel’s annual deer hunt, but what started out as a hotel promotion soon grew into a legitimate desert race. Since its 2008 revival, “The Great American Off-Road Race” has only gotten bigger and more prestigious, and deeper fields every year only make it tougher to win.
This year’s Mint 400 will take place from March 4th - 8th in Las Vegas. More information on the event for racers and spectators is available at TheMint400.com, or follow the event on Facebook and Instagram.
